About Me
I’ve spent 8 plus years working 60 hours a week while being able to go to the gym AT LEAST 5 times a week consistently. During those 8 years I’ve done 2 bodybuilding shows, graduated from college, and became a CPT (certified personal trainer.) I say this to say, If I can do it, so can you, especially with a coach like me to guide you and hold you accountable, all while guaranteeing you results no matter how busy your schedule is.
